High-quality nitro cellulose lacquer in gloss for the serious guitar builder. Nitrocellulose lacquer has been used on guitars since the 1950s and 1960s because of its excellent properties. Forming a very thin layer allows the wood to resonate freely with little restraint. It can be easily repaired on site and shows a beautiful shine after polishing. Finally, the way this lacquer ages (cracks, yellows, checks) adds to the character of the instrument.
