The NitorLACK Pore Filler is a product designed to fill the pores of the wood and prepare the surface for painting and to make it look as professional as possible. The product is compatible with our water-based dyes to give it the desired shade. The thickness can be adjusted with water, it is easy to apply, dries quickly, does not crack and is easy to sand. Works especially well in large open-pored woods such as mahogany, ash or rosewood.

Put the filler in a glass in the water with about 10% warm water. Blend until smooth and to a suitable consistency to apply.

1. Prepare the surface by sanding with 400 grit sandpaper and remove any remaining solvents or oils. |

2. Apply the pore filler in the direction of the grain and then in the opposite direction. let it dry for 10 minutes. |

3. Remove excess product with a spatula at a 45-degree angle. |
|
|

4. After drying, wipe off the remaining residue with a clean, dry cloth. |

5. Sand the surface with 400 grit sandpaper. |
REMARKS
- If a subsequent application of the pore filler is necessary, allow it to dry for 30 minutes
- The color of the product can be toned down with our water-based dyes.
- Wait 24 hours after filling to continue applying the finish.
